
We’re walking past the bar and sitting in the restaurant, the light-filled, greenhouse-y, dining space of my dreams. We’re immediately ordering the sourdough and three (!!!) flavored butters. From there, we roll into a burrata, fennel and blood orange salad, naturally. I order the best pork chop I’ve ever had in my life, you order a VERY handsome ribeye. And sides? Oh there’s sides. Try the honey roasted carrots with hazelnut dukkah and a gorgeous little gem Caesar on for size.
And yeah, we’re getting dessert. See you on the other side of my very British, very perfect, lemon posset. Then, roll me out the door.
